Carlos Tilac comes to Mobilitie with a rich experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in business operations, pre-sales, budgeting and planning, break-ins and complex project management in several locations including Africa.

Prior to joining Mobilitie, Carlos ran the operations of a major account for Ericsson within 5 countries in Latin America. He has an international background with over 10 years of experience in the wireless sector. He has managed major green field deployments, including the launch of several networks for major carriers around the world, and has also managed the P&L of large project portfolios. Carlos holds a Master in Business Administration and a Master of Programme and Project Management from the Skema Business School in France, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oriente in Venezuela.
