Tower Availability
Mobilitie has several thousand communication towers across the country that are
currently available for collocation. All of Mobilitie’s communication towers
are designed to support multiple carrier installations.
Mobilitie has an industry leading tower collocation team that is available to provide
detailed information on each site and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure
leases are finalized quickly, and ultimately that our client’s desired on-air
dates are achieved.
What differentiates a Mobilitie site from other towers in the industry?
- National Tower Portfolio - Mobilitie has a large national portfolio of available
towers located in almost every state.
- Collocatable Towers - Most towers are designed to support 3 to 4 full carrier installations.
- Available Capacity - Most sites still have adequate structural capacity for additional
collocations thereby reducing the need for tower reinforcements or technical redesigns
to accommodate additional loading
- Available Ground Space - Most sites still have adequate ground space for several
collocations thereby reducing the need to condense ground space footprints or obtain
separate ground leases, which can lead to delays and additional costs.
- “Like New” Condition - Most sites are less than five years old and therefore
both the towers and compounds are in “like new” condition, with virtually
no maintenance or aging issues.
