Gary Jabara-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Mobilitie, Gary was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche and the firm's Partner-in-Charge of Wireless Real Estate and Infrastructure. Gary leads the firm in its quest to fulfill its mission and vision of being the most innovative and open infrastructure firm in the world.


While at Deloitte, Gary oversaw the negotiation of over $10 billion of telecommunication infrastructure assets on behalf of Big Six Wireless Carriers. He also led the firm's National Practice for Capital Projects Advisory Services, and advised Global Fortune 100 firms on the efficient deployment of their capital. He has 18 years of experience in the mobile communication industry, starting with the Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Company, a McCaw Cellular/BellSouth joint venture, where he led the firm's real estate division and was responsible for all aspects of site acquisition, budgeting, engineering, and development.
Mark Askelson - Chief Financial Officer
"Numbers never lie."


Mark was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting and a Leader of the firm's Wireless Real Estate Practice before he joined Mobilitie. Mark oversees all of Mobilitie's accounting, finance, audit, and tax functions, directs financial strategy, planning and forecasting, and is responsible for the investment and raising of funds.


At Deloitte, Mark provided strategic real estate and portfolio capitalization strategies for corporate users, including the development of operations and asset strategies for three of the Big Six Wireless Carriers. Previously, at Cleveland Real Estate Partners, a boutique firm acquired by Deloitte, Mark specialized in managing complex lease and fee transactions.


Prior to attending graduate school, Mark was a Principal Planner with the Lake County, Illinois Department of Planning, Zoning and Environmental Quality. He holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Bryon Davis - VP Asset Management

Bryon joined Mobilitie after four years with the Real Estate Strategy & Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting. Bryon is responsible for strategic Merger & Acquisition projects.


Bryon's career focus has been in the wireless and real estate industries. He initiated the tower acquisitions program early in Mobilitie's history and ran tower acquisitions for a number of years before transitioning into M&A-related work. Prior to Mobilitie, Bryon led wireless network development process improvement initiatives for major wireless carriers and performed cost reduction and Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives for a $1B wireless infrastructure spend. Bryon has lectured on the criticality of corporate infrastructure development governance through an association with Tradeline Inc. Bryon is also a licensed architect and has led design- and construction-related activities for a $1.6B construction project as well as several multi-million dollar projects located in the Western United States. Bryon holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
Christos Karmis - Vice President, Leasing

Christos specialized in real estate advisory services and the wireless communications industry with Deloitte Consulting before coming to Mobilitie. While at Mobilitie, Christos has led the development and implementation of Mobilitie's customized Lease-to-SuitŪ tower program. He currently oversees tower leasing and collocation activity on Mobilitie's wireless communication towers.


While at Deloitte, Christos provided operational and network optimization strategies to several of the Big Six Wireless Carriers. In addition, he is experienced with process improvement, technology optimization, and establishing Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant financial controls for network lease administration. He has also led due diligence projects for the sale of significant wireless communication assets. Prior to joining Deloitte, Christos was an engineer for Harris Corporation specializing in digital mapping. He holds an MBA from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, a Management Certificate from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
Bud Noel - Vice President, Network Services


Bud brings over 13 years of wireless industry experience to his role as Mobilitie's Vice President, Network Services.


Prior to joining Mobilitie, Bud served as Vice President of National Site Development for Sprint Nextel Communications. During his ten years at Nextel, Bud was responsible for defining and implementing national site deployment and operational strategies across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of assets. Ultimately serving Nextel as Vice President of Site Development for the Northeast Region, Bud also held various field engineering roles in RF engineering and site operations. Througout his tenure, he oversaw numerous large-scale build-out initiatives and gained deep experience in all facets of the deployment cycle. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from East Carolina University and a Business Leadership Certificate from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
Greg Weiner - Vice President Strategy and Operations

Greg was with Deloitte Consulting and was one of the founders of PaceHarmon, an advisory and management consulting firm specializing in large-scale technology, outsourcing, network, and other complex transactions. He joined Mobilitie to help wireless carriers address their biggest challenges in creative ways.


Greg has advised clients on nearly $8 billion in wireless infrastructure transactions and on identifying and achieving more than $4 billion in merger-related synergies. He has extensive experience in reduction of network operating expenses through negotiations, asset consolidations and other strategies. Prior to founding PaceHarmon, Greg worked with Deloitte Consulting's Media and Telecommunication Practice focused on providing business and technology strategy services to wireless carriers. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
David Lasky - Vice President, Financial Services


Prior to joining Mobilitie, David was a Vice President at Yahoo! Inc., responsible for the quality of the paid search advertising inventory, with over 250 people under his leadership.


Before Yahoo!, David was with Deloitte Consulting, specializing in the Telecommunications sector. David managed engagements that involved financial planning for a $2B capital expenditure program for a major wireless carrier, network equipment supply chain management optimization for a major equipment manufacturer, and wireless asset transaction process improvement for a major carrier.


An operating executive with over 18 years experience in the Wireless and Internet Industries, David has specialized in strategy, marketing, business operations, technology, and finance. He comes to Mobilitie with solid operating experience in companies of various sizes as well as top-tier consulting experience with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. David also has a broad international background with projects and/or operating experience in India, U.K., France, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Egypt, Honduras, Mexico, Chile, Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. David holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Cruz, an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
Thomas M. Ruscitti, AIA Vice President - Strategic Programs

After seven years as the regional lead for Deloitte & Touche's Construction Advisory Services practice, Tom became part of the Mobilitie team in September 2006. As the Vice President of Strategic Programs, he oversees the development and management of capital program governance policies and procedures for our fiber based asset acquisition process, and backhaul and network deployment.


Tom brings over eighteen years of capital program management and deployment experience. His background in real estate, construction, and architecture includes positions with the Capital Program Development Group of the real estate services firm of Jones Lang LaSalle as well as the architecture/engineering firms of Perkins & Will and Skidmore Owings & Merrill. In addition to being a multi-state licensed architect, Tom received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects, University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Association, University of Chicago Roundtable on International Political Policies, the Urban Land Institute, and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Jordan Armitage - Controller and Vice President, Accounting and Finance

A respected Senior Manager and influential leader in the KPMG Los Angeles real estate audit practice, Jordan joined Mobilitie to oversee the accounting, finance, audit, and tax functions.


Jordan comes to Mobilitie with over ten years of accounting and auditing experience as well as an extensive background in real estate. He has served various public and privately-held companies specializing in the management, leasing, development, and acquisition of commercial office, retail and mall properties, and he has been involved in over $1 billion in public offerings, various multi-billion dollar acquisitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley-related process and control implementations. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with honors from the University of San Diego and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Vince O'Neill - Vice President of Finance

Vince brings over 16 years of Wireless Industry experience to his role as Mobilitie's Vice President of Finance.


Prior to joining Mobilitie, Vince has served in a number of key finance roles for SprintNextel communications over a period of 10 years. During his tenure, Vince had performance management responsibility for Network, Technology, and IT functions, managing annual budgets of $5bn. His roles encompassed budgeting and planning, financial and decision making analysis, identifying and driving cost reduction programs with focus on margin improvement.


Prior to SprintNextel, Vince worked in the UK for a wireless provider holding various Financial and Business Planning positions.


Vince is a CPA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Kari Pickler - Director of National Marketing

Kari joined Mobilitie after a successful career with the Fox Broadcasting Company. Kari is responsible for the development and execution of the firm's marketing and communication strategy. Kari and her team bring an entirely new perspective to the infrastructure space furthering Mobilitie's mission to think, act and communicate differently with the marketplace.


Most recently, as the Director of Affiliate Relations and Sports, Kari was responsible for the distribution of FOX Sports programming to over 200 FOX Affiliates. As the Production Manager at Fox Sports, Kari coordinated all aspects of production for FOX Sports and FSN promotional programming. Kari's background in the entertainment and athletics industries has provided her with a keen understanding of positioning high-profile companies in the marketplace. Kari is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Pepperdine University- Graziadio School of Business and Management.
Heather Sainsbury - Director of Finance and Accounting

Heather came to Mobilitie from The Irvine Company, where she was an Accounting Manager in the Investment Properties Group. At Mobilitie she has been instrumental in growing the entire accounting function and building a world class team.


At The Irvine Company, she was responsible for financial reporting on a portfolio of approximately five million square feet of office space in the Southern California market. Heather has over ten years of varied accounting experience in the real estate, wireless, and development industries, notably with Verizon Wireless, RREEF, and The Irvine Company. She holds a BS in Business & Administration and a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Kristin Steiner - Director of Property Management

Kristin comes to Mobilitie from Nestle Waters North America. Acting as their Zone Business Manager, Kristen provided broad-based financial planning and analysis support for a region that comprised much of Southern California.


Building on ten years of experience in finance/accounting and real state, Kristin is uniquely suited to aid in Mobilite's rapid growth across an ever-expanding geographic area. Kristin serves Mobilitie with skills honed throughout a career of successful leadership and innovative, strategic problem solving. She holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science in Foods & Nutrition from San Diego State University.
Dan Farris - Director Acquisitions, Western United States

Dan came to Mobilitie after working for A.G. Edwards as an Equity Analyst for nearly 4 years providing investment analysis on publicly traded equity REITs. Dan acts as Director of Acquisitions, overseeing a team of real estate professionals focused on acquiring Tower Assets across the US.


During his tenure with A.G. Edwards, Dan's primary focus was providing investment opinion on REITs operating Apartments, Offices, Self Storage Facilities, Manufactured Homes and Student Housing. Dan began his career with StorageMart Partners, a self-storage company which owns and operates nearly three million square feet of storage space across the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Real Estate, from the University of Missouri.
Corinne Ostrowski - Director - Strategic Programs
"Treat your clients as you would want to be treated"


Corinne came to Mobilitie after three years with Deloitte & Touche's Construction Advisory Services practice. She develops and manages the capital program governance policies and procedures for our fiber based asset acquisition process.


Corinne's expertise in capital program governance grew through her project work at Deloitte & Touche and her work as an Architectural Engineer. Her areas of specialization included process improvement recommendations for construction programs and individual projects, vendor sourcing, bid evaluation, cost segregation studies, and project management oversight. Corinne is a member of the Women's Business Association and the Business Leadership Club at Kellogg, and of the Construction Specifications Institute. She is currently enrolled in the Part-Time MBA Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management where her concentration is Management and Strategy. Corinne holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
