What is your role/what are your responsibilities with Mobilitie?
I’m currently the Marketing Communications Manager for Mobilitie. My responsibilities consist of supporting the marketing team on internal communication initiatives. This includes spearheading the employee experience program, which not only drives employee engagement, but helps shape our company culture as well. With multiple projects in the pipeline, no two days are alike, which makes things exciting and always keeps me on my toes.
What’s one thing you love about Mobilitie?
I love our people and how interconnected we are with one another. Most, if not all, of our work is extremely collaborative, and I feel incredibly fortunate to work for a company that encourages us to ask questions, connect and learn from each other, and grow. I’ve learned so many valuable skills and have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from my peers as a result.
What’s one thing you’re proud of during your time at Mobilitie? Or, what’s been one of your favorite projects/deployments at Mobilitie?
One thing that I continue to be proud of is my team. Our team of four is small but mighty and together we are unstoppable. Specifically, with the launch of our new brand, Boldyn Networks, our team has been instrumental in developing our new story and voice, both internally and externally. Together, our team works – sometimes in the eleventh hour – to make the impossible possible and drive incredible results. This rebrand is a monumental time for the company’s continued growth, and I’m grateful to be a contributing factor.
In your career, what have you found to be the biggest takeaway that you want others to know?
The biggest takeaway from my career thus far is to always have a can-do attitude and a willingness to be resourceful. I’ve learned that the best results come out of creativity and being able to think outside the box. You also don’t always need to have the answers immediately at your fingertips, and the answer to any question should never be, “I don’t know,” rather, “let me figure it out.”
Outside of work, what is something you enjoy doing in your free time? Do you have a particular passion or hobby?
Outside of work, you can catch me outdoors doing something active. Being active is important for my mental and physical well-being, and I am always up to try something new. I love to run, bike, play tennis, and most recently, I have taken up golf.
What would the perfect weekend consist of?
The perfect weekend consists of waking up early for my morning workout and then heading to the beach to lay out, read and cold plunge in the water.
At Mobilitie, we’re creating a world of limitless possibilities through connectivity, all driven to go beyond the status quo to build what comes next.
The opportunity is open: be the one who makes it possible. Join us.
