Katherine LeQuang, Senior Construction Projects Manager, has been with Mobilitie since 2015 and plays a key role in managing various facets across all Distributed Antenna System (DAS) deployment projects. When she’s not spearheading all the details that go into ensuring a project is running efficiently, she enjoys shopping, doing various projects around her house, and spending time with her family.

What is your role and responsibilities with Mobilitie?
As a Senior Construction Projects Manager, I oversee our DAS deployments. Whether its database management, tracking project activities and financials or overseeing team’s communications, I ensure the entire project is on track and meeting the customers’ needs and deadlines.
What’s one thing you love about Mobilitie?
The people, especially my deployment team and direct manager, Will Gable. I am constantly learning new things from the people I work with.
What’s one thing you’re proud of during your time at Mobilitie?
Every DAS deployment has been an incredible experience. I’m really proud of my entire team for constantly ensuring deployment projects are in line with forecasted budgets and managing the details related to various DAS projects.
In your career, what have you found to be the biggest takeaway that you want others to know?
I’m a big believer in “Getting things done.” As a project manager, it’s critical to have a solution-oriented mindset and think outside the box to find resolutions to various challenges across projects.
What would the perfect weekend consist of?
Enjoying my morning coffee on the couch, snuggled up with my corgi while watching Premier League Soccer. Go Chelsea!
